How secure is my transaction?
Your payment is processed through Payment Express. Payment Express mandates the use of HTTPS. Designed to allow secure authentication and data transactions, HTTPS uses SSL/TLS to ensure data transactions are made securely.
What payment forms do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card (Visa/Mastercard), or bank wire transfer. Credit cards are processed through Payment Express, and does not cost you anything to use. You will see the currency you select as the transaction value on your credit card, without any foreign currency exchange. If you choose to pay by bank wire transfer, please select the option to pay the bank fees on both sides, otherwise these fees will be deducted from the invoice value we receive. These transactions may take up to 3 working days to process. At payment checkout you will see the bank account numbers that relate to your selected currency. Note that New Zealand banks do not require an IBAN.
